The class of lobbyists have undermined the United States for personal and corporate gain. It must be discontinued.
GOALS
- It shall be illegal for any person to hold the occupation of lobbyist.
- No person shall represent any corporation or organization to the United States government except the Chief Executive Officer of that corporation or organization. All communications between these entities must be on the public record, and available for public inspection, except in the case of secrets kept for the sake of national security.
- Any person classifying such communications improperly—as of national security, when they are not—will be subject to imprisonment upon conviction, and will be perpetually disqualified to hold any office, corporate or governmental.
